Plain Cabinet Latch - 2" Square

This is really well made and look very expensive

Had to match existing latches. Color was a little lighter than I wanted but shape & style were perfect.

Our small entry closet was equipped with a magnet catch and chrome pull. The 2"" box latch replaced them beautifully, and was fairly simple to install. I also installed the same latch on a bathroom cabinet last year; the black finish looks great in both installations.

I used these latches on a reproduction pie safe made of wormy chestnut. The look and function are just what I was looking for.

First the actual latch. Very good product. Heavy, substantial, feels like quality and looks like a new copy of the 100 year old cabinet latches in my house. Now, the screws. Comes with Phillips head screws. Most people wouldn't notice but it's wrong. Who's going to go through the trouble and expense of buying this product and not get the screws right. I use my own blackened brass slotted screws, which make the thing look right. I shouldn't have to do that, for the price I'm paying for this item.

Nice latch to replace missing ones in my 1920's home. Looks beautiful and works well.
