Description

Combining simple beauty and practical utility, our Plain Cabinet Latch is a turn-of-the-century American hardware classic. At once a catch and a pull, it is a handy addition to cabinets throughout your house. Finely cast from solid brass and offered in an array of traditional finishes.

Dimensions: 2 1/16" H x 2" W overall. Latch: 1 7/16" W. Catch: 1/2" W. Projection: Case: 1/2", w/ Knob 1 3/16". Screws: 6 each M3-.35 x 10mm (3/8") finished Philips wood.

Hardware Tip

Zinc alloys are very strong and corrosion resistant, often used when fine detail in metal casting or stamping is desired.

A nice piece of jewelry for cabinets

Comments:

I used this to hold under sink cabinet doors closed. It looks great but was a little tricky to install, so just be careful and take your time. The finish is beautifully warm and the latch itself is heavy and solid-feeling. It's a beautiful piece!
