Mission Style Floor Register With Adjustable Louver
Description
Description
The louver is a steel housing with pivoting fins, which increases or decreases air flow through the floor register. The louver is controlled by lever adjustment and can be easily removed if no air flow control is needed.
Boot Size refers to the cut-out in the floor that the register fits into. Register Size refers to the outside measurement of the register face plate. To ensure a proper fit, always order registers based on the boot size.

Pleasing Purchase
Comments:
Before deciding to purchase the 'Mission Style Floor Register' in oil rubbed bronze (orb), I read the reviews. Some were disappointed with the color, saying that the floor register looked more brown than orb. We have orb features throughout the house, so I was hesitant to purchase, but I also didn't care for what was available at the big box stores. I went ahead and made my House of Antique Hardware purchase. This is a very substantial item, very stylish too. Yes I would say it's brown; however, it looks great and goes well with all the other oil rubbed bronze features in our home. I couldn't be happier. This was a good purchase.
Perfect for This old, but lovable House
Comments:
bronze was perfect and adds a bit of authenticity to our craftsman. In fact, I ordered a couple to begin with just to see how they looked and functioned, was so pleased ordered for entire home.
Color inconsistencies
Comments:
Oil rubbed bronze finish looks like a cheep slightly distressed brown coat of paint. Looks like an item sold by a big box store. Overpriced for what it is. Disappointed by quality and the fact I was a charged restocking fee.
Look great!!
Comments:
We removed the carpet from our living room and I installed Brazillian Redwood flooring. These new register covers are a perfect fit for the ""craftsman"" look we are going for. I did have to replace my furnace boots because these only came in 4x12 size. But that was a minor inconvenience.
Nice upgrade
Comments:
We have five 6"" x 12"" grates, which were worn and ugly and not right for the house on top of it -- the test was successful! For such a reasonable price, these are handsomely designed and finished. One could spend a lot more, but this was a great option and had the size I needed. The ORB looks great with our dark oak floors. They really made a difference! The brown works for me but everyone looking to match other ORB surfaces, you've been amply warned in these comments! IT'S BROWN, not what you may expect from the name. I figured this would work for my purposes, and it does. My only complaint is that there isn't a big one available for my return air openings so they could match.
