Restoring a late 19th C portable wardrobe. It had a similar lock, but the key was missing. This lock did not fit the mortise, but by using the included key as a pattern, I was able to fabricate a key for the one I had.

I HAVE OWNED THIS CIRCA 1940 DESK FOR 20 PLUS YEARS , NO KEY SO NO LOCK. NOW I CAN LOCK THE DRAWER TO KEEP INQUSITIVE GRANDKIDS OUT.
