I was looking for cover plates that were duplicates of what my grandparents had in their Victorian Massachusetts farmhouse. You have what I needed.

This was a very attractive plate, but I wish there were more switchplate combinations in this design. I ultimately went with a design that had better availability of combination plates, but if you are just doing basics, this is a great look.

I love these switch plates! They are similar to a style I was able to pick up at my local big box store for a modern switch. When I opened the individual packages I was disappointed to see that the finish along the raised edges wasn't as smooth as the rest. In fact, it had a rough, darker appearance. Luckily, once installed they didn't bother me. The plates are made of solid, heavy metal. I have no fear that they will break in any way! My only wish is that they sold these with a modern rectangle opening on one side for an electrical outlet! I haven't been able to install my last switch because of this.
