Cast-Iron Bird Picture Rail Hook

I love this, and was really looking forward to using it to hand a mirror above my fireplace. Unfortunately, I could not get it into the picture rail. To be fair, the pictore rail in my 98 year old home is not very uniform. Still, the design of this product is VERY tight.

Our home was built in 1925 so we will soon celebrate its 100th year! It's very important to me to try to keep the furnishings in the period in which the house was built We have picture railings, so I wanted to take advantage of them. When I saw the bird design I was sold! They look great on the wall and they really make a statement. I found some old chain to hold a needlepoint piece I had just finished in an antique frame It is in our bedroom, and I get to admire it every morning when I wake up I will definitely order from you again when I complete another needlepoint piece or purchase a piece of art for our house. Beautiful and functional! I love whimsy and beauty, especially when it's functional. A couple of them had a few spots where the finish was flawed, but you can't tell from the ground looking up.

I have old picture rails and used these to faux hang a couple of pictures. They are darling and great quality. I found my ""picture rails"" weren't actual picture rails with a rounded top so I used a dab of hot glue to keep them in place and love them!

These were just what I was looking for to hang my overlapping prints. They worked great with the picture railing I purchased from a different store.
