Honestly this place makes perfect brassware. I own so much vintage brass that I'm now self-proclaiming myself an expert. I would say these are great if not greater than vintage solid brass items. . These hooks are cute and functional. I used them at Christmas to hang stockings from my painting shelves. They can hold however much weight the shelf can hold. They don't budge- and the bird slides outwards so you can easily hook items and then slides back around so the item doesn't come unhooked. Again I'm SO pleased with this stuff. I have nothing but praise for this companies product and fair pricing!
