Perfect. We are so happy with these latches. We had our cabinet guy attach them so I can't really speak to ease of application. But everything else I can speak to. These are heavy so you can tell they are solid, they are a bit more expensive than other latches but these are great quality so in my opinion very worth it. The brass is a beautiful finish as well. We have never had latches before but it's absolutely no problem. Takes an extra half a second to open the cabinet. We get compliments alllll the time on these bad boys. Even our countertop guy was extremely impressed. ""Wow, I LOVE the European look of the hardware!"" Very happy.

I wanted the highest quality cupboard latch on the market as I have 5 kids that are not easy on our home finishes. I ordered 4 other latches from different companies, some latches were more expensive others were about the same price. I ultimately decided on this one because it was the most solidly built. I ended up buying several of the smaller latches for our butlers pantry and they are great also.
