I bought a house built in 1900. Has original farm sink with original upper and lower cabinets. This was the only place that had the small cast catch I needed for the doors. The butler door hinge could not be found anywhere else.

Love it. Exactly what I was looking for and the perfect brass color. Highly recommend.

Nice material and finish

I was refurbishing an old Scandinavian cabinet. It had appeared many repairs or alterations had been done to this piece. A surfaced mounted latch was the right fit. This latch works great and fits the archecture of the piece nicely. Glad I was able to find this item.

Built interior French Cafe Windows in a restaurant and needed complimentary latches for working transom operating portion of the window. Looked on many sites and retailers. Either outrageously priced or inferior in look. These combined the right blend of affordability and function. I will come back to this site for any other hardware needs in the future.

This is a very heavy, finely made latch. It is exactly what we needed to bring our cupboard back to period.
