this handy dandy little bottle opener is terrific in our 90 year old house, not only does it suit the time period, but is set up by the mud room door so when the ""men"" need a cold one - they don't need to track dirt/mess through the house....not far from the fridge as well..happy to have found it - others have not worked as well

Grandpa used to have one of these to open his bottles of home-made root beer. I used the brass and bronze aging solution to age this bottle opener, and it now has the most beautiful patina. It was very easy to do and looks very old now.
