Zinc Diecast Hinge Pin Door Stop With Choice Of Finish

I bought two of these awhile ago. On one of them, the arm broke off after about a month - not from heavy use. On the other, the rubber button wore down quickly, allowing the threaded end of the arm to poke through. It's hard to find these in decent finishes, so there aren't many options. These are cheap enough that I'd suggest buying several to keep on hand in case they break.

These door stops to exactly what they need to do - keep the door from banging into furniture and our kitchen counters. They aren't very good looking, but there was no where else to mount a door stop. And actually, now that they are in place I never even notice they are there - and I am picky. They do look a little cheap, but the price is right. Don't know if I'd pay more for something like this.

The look good; but don't stand up to much wear and tear. I am ordering more due to the finish available but plan to stock back ups for the next one that fractures.

Antique brass finish isn't the same as other items bought from House of Antique Hardware. I understand not all items could be perfectly the same finish, but the antique brass finish doesn't really look like antique brass. Otherwise, the item is well made.
