This product was purchased as a replacement for a customer after the lock bar went missing on their unit. The product is great, works great, and I would have given a 5/5 on this if I was only reviewing the product. The order was called in, not done over the web, because the timely delivery of this item was very important to us. Our order was taken and confirmed and our credit card charged. We paid the additional fee for two day shipping. Three, Four days go by and no product. We call and are given this answer, ""Oh, it has to be hand made, so it takes a little while."" Why was this not disclosed on the web, or on the phone? No one happened to mention this little tid bit of information. However when we did finally get the product, it was bent in a 45 degree angle. Great packaging there guys. They literally just put the lock in a box. No packaging material, nothing - so when the box got crushed, the lock got bent. We received in on Friday, and I needed it a week ago. So, I called to get a replacement, I told the guy, I needed the replacement by the coming Monday. He assured me it would be there by Monday. Guess what didn't show up until the following Thursday! I will never use this place again unless it is my only option.
