As versatile as it is functional, this smooth operator is suited for use on a variety of doors and windows. Comes complete with one universal strike and one mortise strike.

Dimensions: 2" L x 1 1/4" W.
Bolt: 3/8" D.
Knob: 1/2" D.
Throw: 1/2".
Mortise strike: 1/2" W x 1 1/4" H.

Great Safety Precaution!

Installed this surface bolt at top of basement door to prevent elderly mother from mistakenly opening door and possibly falling. It's a great safety precaution and provides security from the basement up as well. Looks good on door (unobtrusive) and gives us extra piece of mind.
