Eastlake Sash Lock

Comments:

Just what I needed to finish the room! The sash locks I purchased from House of Antique Hardware match my original locks perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Good Bang for the Bucks!

Comments:

Out of the box and onto the window, works great, and looks super, as though it was there for the last 100 years.

High quailty replacement for the price

Comments:

These worked great for my upstairs windows I'm refinishing bedrooms and private areas often have a less high quality hardware than the public areas. all my hardware was just miss-matched stuff from modern era and these look great.

Matched our original locks perfectly!

Comments:

Matched our existing hinges in our 130+ year old Victorian House.

Pretty good for 11-bucks each.

Comments:

Nice latch. Ordered three to replace original broken ones that were saturated with old paint. Installation was easy. Had to shim two due to a difference in height on the double hungs, drill pilot holes for screws, but that was easy enough to do. I cut shims out of a paint stirring stick with a coping saw, and painted them to match. I experimented with setback distance on sashes so when closed the sashes were tight against each other. Sets even came with an extra screw. Screws are slotted, not phillips head, so pilot holes are suggested so you don't rip up the slot on the screw trying to brute-force them in. My wife gave her official approval - looks great, very sturdy, perfect - , so all is quite well at home. ;-)

Real cast iron with great details. Very function as a latch.

Comments:

Bought this latch for a toy chest that I was making for my first born son. He is turning one and wanted something to look really good and have the quality to last forever. Just the price that I needed to do just that.
