A little cheaper built than my original 1930's knocker
Comments:
The item feels a little flimsy compared to the brass knocker that I replaced. The color was the main reason I purchased a new knocker. I was looking for a knocker to match my antique pewter hardware. The color is darker and a lot more shiny than any of my other antique pewter hardware. I am also not a fan of the acorn nuts used to mount the knocker. They look cheap compared to what my original knocker had.
