Vera Rosette and Tassel Picture Hanger with Rail Hook

I was overall pleased with my purchase and hanger looked great in my 1920's restored apartment. The diameter of the rosette was larger than expected (almost 2 inches) and wires were heavier than expected. The two wires worked well on a 15+ lb. mirror with wire attached to each side of mirror. It did not look so great on a light-weight picture with both wires attached to center of picture.

To hang pictures

The design on the hanging apparatus is beautiful and adds greatly to the look of the picture that is attached to it. Was surprised that two pictures could be hung from the same cord. Looks great.

The instructions and installation pictures refer to a hook with mounting holes in order to secure the medallion. This would have been preferable to just hanging the hook on the picture rail.

We have original picture molding in our cottage. The walls are plaster, so I didn't want to put holes in the wall. And it's perfect for our decor in that room. These ceramic art pieces are around 150 yrs old. And heavy.

Just a perfect way to display my frames. I live in an old historic Victorian building. The molding is still in tact, and I have hung all my art using these beautiful hangers. I couldn't be more pleased!

Hang a new picture on my picture rail!!

In my living room, I have picture-hanging trim lining each wall. I purchased seveal units of this product in the navy color and to hang a large picture that measures about 4' x 5' as well as several medium-sized pictures (2' x 3'). The tassel can appear slightly too long depending on the item you are hanging, but overall not an issue. Every picture hangs nicely, and I appreciate that the cords are long so they can be adjusted for very high ceilings. Very pleased and highly recommend if you own a house with plaster walls or simply prefer not to put holes in the walls and wish to hang pictures in the traditional way.
