This classic stamped brass rosette is exactly like those found in American homes of the 1910s and 20s. The shapely profile, 3 screw holes, and matching slotted screws make it a great choice for exacting restorations or new vintage style construction. Not for use on pre-drilled doors.

Inside collar diameter: 11/16"
Fastener's: #5 x 5/8" flat head slotted wood screw

Great Products for Home Resoration

Comments:

I purchased this product as part of the restoration of some of the brass door hardware in my 1920's era century home. For some reason, the original door hardware in some of the rooms was cheap steel with a brass-look finish. Very impressed with the real brass metal construction of the item as well as the correct size that matched that of the hardware in my home.

Just as described

Comments:

This was just what we wanted & replaced 50+ year old key hole covers.

Wrong fit

Comments:

Did not fit well with knob design

1920's House

Comments:

We have a house which was built in 1921 and has original doors which had a smaller rosette than newer doors. We filled in the larger holes in our new French doors and made new holes so that the rosettes would fit and look like the original doors in the house. These rosettes are beautiful and look just like the ones which originally came in the house. We would definitely purchase again.

1910 Period door hardware

Comments:

When I find a better facsimile, I will use that. Period hardware has button head slot head screws for rosettes: (shorter than provided) flat head screws for key estucheons...

Second time purchase

Comments:

Improved door appearance with existing 67 year old brass knobs

Excellent and inexpensive rosette

Comments:

Restoration of the hardware in my 1908 home is an ongoing project. This rosette fits perfectly.
