Perfect Fit With My 100 Year Old Mortise Lock

Replaced tired, strip threaded spindle in my 1923 B&B. These were easy to install using my existing handles.
Works!

Works for my situation! This was the only place I could find the right length.
Looked all over for this

Replaced an old exterior door with newer one. Old door was 1 3\8 thick, New was 1 3\4. Owners wanted to keep doorknobs from 1936, just needed longer spindle. Hooray for house of antiques! Hooked me up after looking all over, ever reuse stores.
Saved me buying a new door!

This spindle was a replacement for an old mortise lock in which the original spindle had broken. The replacement spindle was an Unbelievable exact replacement. The price was outstanding.

Just that extra 1/4 inch made the difference

I have a house closing in on 110 years old. So much of the house was built to non standard sizes. This includes the doors. The previous spindles were 3 3/4 and the knobs kept falling off because there wasn't enough thread. These 4"" spindles did the job.
