Description

This vintage Acorn Coat Hook is an authentic reproduction of a Victorian-era classic. Cast in iron and adorned with an iconic acorn at each end, it stands up to heavy use in your busy entryway, mudroom, or wherever it resides. The lower hook is ideal for lighter items and jackets while the upper is perfect for heavier coats and bags. Use it alone or grouped together on a coat rack or decorative back plate.

Dimensions. Base plate: 2" H x 1 3/4" W. Projection: 3".

Hardware Tip

Cast: Process where molten brass, iron or other metals are poured and formed in molds often made of sand. The products made in this manner are often thick and heavy.

""A must see item""

I purchased a beveled piece of wood which I painted and antiqued. I mounted the 4 hooks I purchased on it and hung it up in my bedroom. Looks great next to the oil-rubbed door pulls I purchased for my large slinding doors. Love the entire look.

Good hook for our bath towels

We needed some hooks on which to hang bath towels when our grandchildren visited us. I installed them on a piece of cherry wood; they look great and work well.

I loved these classy black hooks - they are sturdy and attractive. We put up a long row at the entry of our new student apartment house. Our ""finisher"" loved them too and he wanted to know where we got them.
