Description

Our jet black Hand-Forged H-Style Hinges (4-inch x 1 7/8-inch) give your cabinets an authentic, Colonial flavor. Forged from solid steel, they have a textured surface and rust-resistant, powder-coated finish. Reversible and easy to install on flush-mounted cabinet doors. Pin is not removable.

Dimensions: 4" H x 1 7/8" W. Leaf: 5/8" W. Thickness: 3/32". Fasteners: #5 x 1/2" wood screws.

Hardware Tip

Question: How are butt hinges measured? Answer: The height is just of the leaf not including the finials and the width is the total open width of both leaves and the knuckle.

Hard-to-Find Hardware

Comments:

We modified an armoire and needed to add hinges that matched the existing hardware. We searched the big box stores with no luck. Fortunately, we found House of Antiques on line and they had exactly what we wanted. Our armoire looks fabulous.
