"Mushroom" Glass Cabinet Knob With Nickel Bolt

Looks great with my closet doors

We ordered 6 knobs, installed 5 with no problem. Because these are glass knobs, we tightened the nut by hand -- didn't even use pliers or wrench to tighten. The last knob may have been faulty to begin with -- the bolt was too big for the hole, so we used a smaller diameter bolt we happened to have. The knob broke a few hours after installation. We filed a complaint on the website, got a prompt response, and a replacement knob arrived a week or so later. The installation was easy -- just be aware that the bolts are long for standard cabinet door thickness, but you can clip the ends with a bolt cutter. The knobs are classically minimal, and look good with our dark cabinets. They also play well with the midcentury chrome pulls we were having trouble matching -- turns out simple glass knobs work really well with dramatic atomic era hardware!

The knobs look great and using clear knobs to spruce up ordinary white dressers; however, the bolt is too long and will need to be cut.

Refinished my kitchen cabinets and chose these black glass ""mushroom"" knobs to complement the ""Irish cream"" color that I chose for the cabinet doors. The nickel bolt thru the center of the knob is attractive. Only drawback is that the bolt is a bit sharp (even after being sanded) where it was cut to length. I ended up buying some silicone glue to cover the bolt ends in the back.
