A hard to find item

Comments:

Very solid. Unlaquered brass will age to a beautiful patina in time.

Found it!

Comments:

I looked through many shops in the area and finally went online and found the product I needed. Thank you for being so efficient and providing a quality product

Good quality, solid part.

Comments:

Used to replace strike plate which was modified by locksmith to work with cheap foreign made mortise lock. This strike plate was correct for a 100+ year old Corbin mortise lock that was reinstalled on the door to maintain original function and appearance.

Great description!

Comments:

Great website! Full and accurate description of the strike plate. Most places I looked didn't give hole sizes or spacing. Makes ordering the right one the first time much easier. Thank You

Fit perfectly!

Hard to find lifesaver!

Comments:

This part represents one of the most difficult to find item with original locks. Locks salvaged habitually are without the strike plate. It's design is an excellent universal fit for vintage locksets.

High Quality Strike

Comments:

Worked perfectly on 2 ~1860 doors with mortised hardware that never had strikes.

How Sexy is a 6"" Solid Brass Mortise Strike Plate?

Comments:

Based upon original lockset, this strike plate was a perfect match. I was going crazy thinking I would not be able get a replacement plate. I'm in the process of restoring my 120 year old Queen Anne Variant Victorian home in Jersey City.

Nice plate. No screws.

Comments:

Plate is great. However, no screws came with the plate.
