Heart Design Mechanical Door Bell In Solid Brass

This perfectly fits my circa 1760s house. There was a door ringer originally but was sold prior to my purchase of the property.

Recently bought a 1922 house that had something similar installed but was broken. Turns out it was made in Taiwan and had cheap gears. Bought this one and turned out to be much better quality! Now everyone rings this bell when they come over!!

We installed this door bell on two doors in our home. Everyone who sees them wants to know what they are, and then wants to ring them. The ring can be heard throughout our house. Love them!

I work with special needs people. Finding something that is different and unknown to them is a great tool for learning. It's amazing what one little change can bring out in them. This bell has been a huge hit. Anything that brings about a new conversation is a learning tool for them and an advantage for me to bring in a new part of life.

Loved the look and price of this doorbell. Exactly what I wanted for my new house. But I will be returning it as it wont work on my fiberglass door. They will only work on wood doors. So disappointed. Did not state that anywhere on the web site or I would not have purchased.
