Brass Key hole insert too small.

Comments:

I am still looking for a one inch tall key hole insert for my 1840's Sheraton Chest. If you have one, I would be interested. I could return the smaller one to you but most of the cost was for shipping. I will return it if you reimburse me for shipping. The one I ordered was not adequately described as to size. Thanks

Hand Finished Key-Hole

Comments:

Product was received just as described in the product detail section.

Not a Standard Type Product

Comments:

Ordered the keyhole insert hoping it would insert right into the opening on my antique display hutch. I guess those openings are more unique than standard. It would have fit length wise but was too wide for simple insertion and I don't feel confident to start taking tools to my antique furniture to try to widen the hole to accommodate the insert.

wash stand

Comments:

Found a marble wash stand in a VA house 50+ years ago and it sat in storage as I moved around the US. Decided to clean it up/refinish/restore it and needed a Key Hole Insert. The one that I ordered was the wrong size (my bad) and so I went with the original after a weeks work cleaning & soldering. I saved the one that I ordered for a future project which it will fit.
