Description

Despite its lacy appearance, this scroll-design bracket is surprisingly sturdy. Projecting over 9", it's a good size for plate shelves or for books. The Victorian style design is crafted from cast iron and finished with a durable black powdercoat.

Dimensions: 9 7/8" H x 9 1/8" L x 3/4" W (the width at the screw holes is 1 7/8"). Bracket includes slotted screws for mounting. When supporting heavy items, longer screws fastened directly into blocking or wall studs are recommended.

Great quality for price

Comments:

We recently purchased these brackets to add touches to a kitchen remodel. We used them in 2 places: bookshelf and bar. They give the room a little extra class and they also work well. Very sturdy..shelves and bar are cherry. We love them. Great look. Great price.

Just what I was looking for....

Comments:

Used these brackets to put up a large shelf in our kitchen. The look just like the picture. They are extremely sturdy and easy to install. I opted to but some large screws with some drywall supports to ensure they stay put. Drilled out the brackets holes a little to ensure they sank down to be flush with the bracket. I will surely use these brackets again on a future project in the dining room.

Love the look!!!

Comments:

I'd been going round and round looking at possible brackets for shelves in my kitchen. Originally my carpenter put up someting industrial, as the wall is thin and couldn't support much weight. Then he put thick plywood agaist the wall, and beadboard over that, and the shelves w/these brackets. It looks FABULOUS! So far it's standing up under the pressure of plates, etc. We ordered more brackets than we ended up using, which was good as one of the brackets came broken. We used 2/shelf instead of 3/shelf, which I actually like better. Antique Hardware accepted the return and refunded my money. Overall, I love the look, and they are standing up to the pressure. Note: While I said simple installation, I didn't actually install, but didn't seem as though my carpenter had any problem with it...

Beautiful iron brackets

Comments:

I am using these brackets in a craft room. They will hold a shelf above and a rod below for spools of ribbon.

Elegant Bracket

I used a pair of these to support a shelf above a window. The wood dowel curtain rod fit well in the bottom scroll work. It was exactly what I was looking for.

for the builder great source for detail
