Pair of Small Craftsman Flush Mount Cabinet Hinges - 1 3/4" H x 2 3/8" W

The hinge itself is fine, but the screws provided are cheap, soft metal. I used these hinges before on another project and wanted to continue the same look throughout the room, so ordered another set. On this project, I figured the first head that snapped off was due to using the electric screw driver, despite pre-drilling holes. However, two of the next three also snapped off while I was using a regular, hand-powered screwdriver. That last one? It broke as I was unscrewing it! I don't know if this was just a terrible batch of screws, but this is unacceptable, especially when dealing with antique furniture and cabinets. Now, I get to spend the next week carefully digging these broken screws out of the wood, then repairing it.

The hinges themselves match the original ones in our house perfectly and aren't loose or wobbly, but the included screws are phillips head, which looks really out of place. I wish it came with original looking flathead screws, which is what I'll be replacing the included ones with. So if that's something you care about, add about 20¢ to the price for flathead screws from your hardware store.

I have used this style hinge in a different finish on other project so had no hesitation ordering, unfortunately when I started installing the hinges I found that 3 of the four pair of hinges had screws missing. That put me in a real bind because as is usually the case, the hinges come at the very end of the project and there was no time to reorder. So I had to paint some screws, UNACCEPTABLE, but got by until I can order screws from another source. I will replace all of the screws so they match.

We had hinges we needed to match and was unable to find any close to these or at a great price.

I am having my old house remodeled a bit and these hinges were a perfect fit for the cabinets in my living room.

Has awesome solid brass hinges from the 20's that were trashed, wanted and update in chrome or nickel and these fit the bill. Not as heavily crafted, but once installed really look like a million bucks.

Put hinges on real Cedar and cherry veneer cabinets -it's a simple design but the hinges add the perfect touch to dress them up without overdoing it ... the finish is so rich it matches dark streaks in wood so looks like really expensive hardware.

These hinges match exactly the originals in my 1930's kitchen...can't even tell that they're new!
