3 1/2-Inch Single Action Spring Hinge With 5/8-Inch Radius Corners

We have a family room on a separate thermostat so we keep the door closed to keep the room toasty on cold days. One of our family members can never remember to close the door, so I found this spring hinge in hopes of helping with keeping peace in the family. It took five minutes to replace the hinge which was a perfect fit to the original. The directions on on the box were clear to me and it was set up with turning just two notches. I don't notice the tension when I open the door, but it closes with a nice smooth return. This was a great purchase.

I tried numerous hardware and ""big-box"" stores and all the self-closing hinges were a pain to work with. They also only worked for about a month and lost all the tension to close the door. These hinges were very easy to install and to set the tension. Very pleasantly surprised.

Required to keep restroom doors closed. This hinge fit perfectly, looks great, and does the job on two of our restroom doors.

I was looking to get away from the standard brass look and the selection was great and the feature that I had purchased for a inner door /self closing hinges to keep the pets restricted.The hole locations on the hinges made the installation very smooth without having to fill in/or plug holes for screws.The product is durable looks great.

I had a door that would swing open into a passageway. The door frame wasn't exactly plumb and probably the problem. Installing the spring hinge was the simplest solution , a lot easier than correcting the door frame.
