Large Victorian Iron Shelf Bracket - 10 7/8" x 7 1/8"

Used these brackets to hold heavy 1 1/2"" thick wooden kitchen shelving. Because we were mosaicing the backsplash below the shelves (and did not want the bracket interfering with the mosaic design) we turned the brackets so the shorter side was affixed to the wall studs and the longer side was affixed to the top of the shelving. Had to drill our own holes in the brackets and use longer screws than what was supplied but that small extra effort was well worth it as the brackets add that ""country kitchen"" touch. Would definitely buy again from you!

Used for a shelf in our entry way: very study, and very pretty!

I used the brackets to brace the slat roof for the pergola in the rose garden. They have been exposed to the elements in AZ for 2 years and look very good still. I used these because it is an old English garden and these add some great detail to the structure. A bit on the expensive side, but I feel I got what I paid for.

I have a collection of victorian Railway lamps and was looking for corbels to make my own shelving for display purposes, I was thrilled to find these as they suited perfectly. Very inexpensive. There is only one drawback in that the size of the mounting hole are a little small Adding some extra metal around the mounting holes would facilitate use of heavier and longer mounting screws so as to get good grip on wall studs. They are a beautiful clean casting with good colour finish. can be spray painted to your taste if you wish. A good buy.
