Antique Scroll

Comments:

Using the brackets for a decorative wall with wall sconces and shop signs that mimicks a French Street.

beautiful & perfect

Comments:

Purchased 6 to build shelf support (on outside of house) staggard into three steps, below bedroom window (went to local stone yard for cut travertine steps = glued to top) for my cat to enter/exit when my sister comes to town w/dog in tow (they don't get along). It has saved the day and is so so beautiful! I just threw away the screws supplied and used my own, but my walls are brick so special needs apply. Best of all , the strength and quality is very impressive & reassuring. So very happy to have the perfect solution.

Beautiful shelf brackets!!!

My house was built in 1873 and they look like they belong!!!!

Exceptional!

Comments:

We used these to support some open shelving in the kitchen. They are strong and good looking and fitting for my 1850s home. They are a nice finishing touch to the kitchen.

Great Design Resource

Comments:

As an Interior Designer, I aim toward innovative uses for design elements. I like to put mini library alcoves in bathrooms next to commodes, so that children can store their Dr. Seuss favorites, Dad can store his current Field and Stream, and Mom can catch up on Martha Stewart's latest innovations while the kids call from beyond the door, ""Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom!I need you!"". How do I hold the publications in place in the cubby hole? With Antique Shelf Brackets set on end and secured with masonry screws. A perfect way to get away from it all in the privacy of one's own loo! I purchased a pair of the wonderful shelf brackets that The House of Antique Hardware features and my clients loved them for their ""Loo Library""! great look. difficult to instal

Comments:

solid heavy casting means you need a secure mounting but the tiny holes provided do not lend to making a simple secure mount to either wall or shelf

I would definitely purchase these again!

Comments:

I was very pleased with the unique design and added attractiveness to the shelf!

I'll buy more

Comments:

The casting is fine, but should be finished better, rough edges ground off.
