Beautiful but a little pricey

First they were a good addition to the table I was restoring and added to its beauty, however the cost was a little pricey in that they were more than what I paid for the table.

I used a Dremel on the tip of the table leg to match the profile of the toe cap, squeezed the toe cap together to create a bit of spring tension, and nailed it in with supplied nails. Little details like these toe caps change a $30 garage sale table into a $300 piece of fine vintage furniture. Really gives the piece a touch of elegance without overpowering it.
