Description
This small size light fixture ceiling accent uses a classic Colonial Revival rope border to go well with plain or decorative styles. The 4" center hole will allow mounting with almost any chandelier, pendant or semi-flush lighting with a canopy larger than four inches.
Crafted from a specially formulated polyurethane resin and with historically accurate detailing, medallions can bring an added level of sophistication to any home or business. They are lightweight, durable, easy to install, maintenance free, and come with none of the problems associated with plaster. Medallions come with a factory applied flat white base and can be painted, fan finished, or even gold leafed.

Hardware Tip
Polyurethane ceiling medallions are easily installed with polyurethane or silicone adhesives. You can also use finish nails or screws and then fill the holes with caulk or spackling.

Nice look. Poor quality

A nice looking piece (from a distance) that fits my 1886 Victorian well. The downside is that whoever trimmed this couldn't manage to make it round, it had flats and under-cuts at the perimeter. It should not be difficult to make a jig to trim cast foamed Urethane to a round shape. For this price get the basics right. Luckily the defects aren't visible as the ceilings are high and there is not a ton of direct light in the space.
