This premium, solid brass carpet rod is ideal for period interiors. Plain, yet traditional, it goes with any style of home. The 1/2" diameter hollow tubing and plain brackets are made entirely of brass, with your choice of classic finishes! The rods come in 4 standard lengths (28.5", 36", 48 & 72"), and are easily trimmed to fit your specific needs. The rod has a clearance of .5" from the mounting surface. Each set consists of one hollow brass rod, two brackets and all mounting screws.
This stair accessory is for decorative purposes only.It is not designed to serve as the sole means of holding a carpet runner in place. All runners should be tacked down securely prior to installing the stair rods.
The stair rod length should be at least 1 1/2" greater than the width of your carpet due to 3/4" of the rod fitting into each of the brackets. The rods can be cut down to whatever size is needed. Learn about hardware >
