Waterfall Cabinet Knob with Bakelite Insert - 2" Diameter

I bought an antique Art Deco bedroom set for a song, but it needed a lot of TLC to get it looking good. All but a few of the original knobs and pulls were cracked or damaged, so we put those all on one piece (vanity) and ordered reproductions for the dresser. These knobs are an almost perfect match for the originals - except they look even better! Added immeasurably to the look of the pieces. We could not be more thrilled.

Our kitchen remodel was long overdue: the home was built in the early 1900s...SO,I chose the Art Deco of the thirties when people had to be creative without much time or money. I chose antique bronze for the desk and cabinetry with 'eyebrows' on top and bottom, relying on neutrals and textures in everything I added. The end product has a warm,inviting feel, whereas before it seemed the pieces were 'at war'with each other.

these knobs complimented the pulls well. I would have used them on the armoire but needed a smaller dimension. Having an alternate size would have been perfect for the armoire, but it works well on the chest of drawers and the nightstand.

I live in a beautiful high-rise building on the National Register of History Places, on the beach in Long Beach, CA. I'm on the Board of Directors and Decorating Committee. I purchased these knobs for three very large, ornate, antique French credenzas which were replacing tiny knobs that weren't original, and some were missing. These from House of Antique Hardware look gorgeous! They're the proper size and perfect in every way.
