First time using cut nails - They worked!
Comments:
They worked - exactly what I needed. One thing to note: The conventional wisdom with cut nails is to nail them in with the wedge following the direction of the grain. If they are nailed in across the grain, they will split the wood along its length. With that being said, these nails have a ""twist"" to them along the length of the shaft. This causes a corkscrewing to occur, which can cause splitting. So check your nails before using: if they are ""twisted"", then you have to start them slightly turned to the grain direction, anticipating that they will go in and screw a bit in one direction, ending up being oriented with the grain. Happy hammering!

Used to install wide pine plank flooring.
Great Product for historic reproduction, awesome!!
Comments:
The cut nails were used on reproductions of 18th century packing crates and the wood was deal. The nails were cinched to join the pieces of wood, and these nails cinched extremely well, none breaking. I highly recommend these nails and will definitely buy again.
square nails

building old well with roof and wood water bucket out of wood pallets.
I always wanted square nails to use.
Comments:
60 years ago, I used to find old square nails in 1870's vintage townsites out here in the southwest, and picked up all the straight ones with the idea of using them to build replicas or restore artifacts. Now I have a source of identical, but new production nails, and better than the old iron nails.
Fine product. Prompt delivery. Fair price. Excellent.
