pretty brass bail pulls
Comments:
I ordered 14 of these brass pulls to replace similar ones on my grandson's dresser. The old ones were pot metal covered with a brass look. They wouldn't polish up so I bought these solid brass pulls. They weren't coated so I polished them to a brilliant shine and then coated them with a product I bought on the internet. When I installed them I discovered one out of 28 of the handle knobs did not have a hole to insert the handle. I called House of Antique Hardware and they immediately sent me a replacement product and I didn't have to send back the old one. Their service was excellent and I was delighted with their quick response. The replacements were identical to the old pulls but far better quality and look.
