American Chippendale Brass Bail Pull in Antique-by-Hand - 3-Inch Center-to-Center

This exceeded my expectations, in that it was a perfect match to the existing handles on a chest of drawers over thirty years old. Design and finish almost identical to the originals.

We were very satisfied with the product. I did have to shorten the screws to fit my drawer fronts and this might be a problem for someone with little/no experience in doing that kind of thing. Overall the product was excellent and a fair value for the price. This is my first experience with The House of Antique Hardware, but I would definitely order again.

Matched my existing handles very well-now looks like part of the original suite

I had two distressed black furniture pieces in the dining room of my farm-style home but wanted to add an antique hutch/server. I found and refinished an antique hutch to match the existing pieces but needed hardware to bring them together. I ordered knobs and bail pulls in the Antique-By-Hand brass finish for the three pieces and they pulled the furniture together perfectly. I continue to receive positive comments from family and visitors about the stunning look of the three pieces of furniture. The hardware made them special.

The shape and design appeared to be what I needed and they are attractive. But each pull was made up of several pieces that were difficult to install. When I say difficult, I mean that the pieces were difficult to hold together in place, in order to install the unit on the drawer. The pull I was replacing was all one piece except for the two screws holding the pull in the drawer. That is the type of pull I thought I was purchasing. And when I thought I had the pieces together correctly, I could not get the screws in place properly in the drawer. I am hoping that someone with stronger wrists than I have (my husband) will be able to install these for me.

We needed hardware for 4 pieces of antique furniture, We really liked these in the catalog and so we bit the bullet on the price. We are very happy with what we got. I had to add an acorn nut on the inside to keep from cutting off the bolt, but that was my choice,

Looks good. Good replacements. Harder than usual to install. Comes in too many pieces. Difficult to hold pieces together in order to install.
