Description

Bennington style porcelain door knobs with black iron shanks are a great choice for rustic or refined interiors. Pair them with plain iron rosettes for a simple and understated door set. The shanks are powder coated to resist rust.

Dimensions. Knobs: 2 3/8" diameter. Shank: 5/8" diameter, drilled for a 20 TPI spindle. Included spindle: 3 1/2" L x 9/32". Includes an Allen wrench and set screws for mounting knobs to spindle.

Hardware Tip

How do I know what door knobs will work with a particular rosette or door plate? The knob shank diameter should be a little less than the inside collar diameter on the rosette.

A rich, finished touch!

My house dates to about 1902. The woodwork by the entrance area opening into the living room includes beautiful dark chestnut paneling. I needed to replace the doorknobs on the front door and wanted to pick up the rich colors of the living room inglenook. These knobs were the perfect finishing touch!

Poor coloring

I was very disappointed in the fact that the color does not match the door knobs it's meant to match as well as the picture online and in catalogs does not equally represent what was received.

Superlative Door Knobs

Comments:

These door knobs replaced some wood finish knobs that had broken over the years in our 160+ year old farmhouse. I was 100% satisfied with the replacement knobs. They are beautiful and match the original nearly perfectly. Easy to install.
