Excellent product. I had previously purchased similar knobs from another source, and the thread-pitch on the fastening screws didn't match those in the knob, and I had to retap the knobs. However, the knobs that I received from H of AH were correctly threaded, and there were two different lengths of screws which was very helpful.

These are the perfect size and complement the unlaquered brass bin pulls we also purchased with House of Antique Hardware. Very solid feel and weight to them. Will last a lifetime I'm sure.

These knobs were used for kitchen cabinets. I am very particular and spend some time comparing and researching before buying. Sometimes the simplest things, when well crafted, can make the strongest statement. The knobs are heavy and a perfect size for cabinet doors. I have ordered the antique by hand finish on previous items. It is exquisite. So, I was a little hesitant to order these knobs in the usual antique brass. I am pleased to report that the finish looks great and blends very nicely with the antique by hand pocket door pulls in the adjacent room. I would highly recommend these knobs. Also, I have bought several items in the past year from a House of Antique Hardware. The customer service is great and the products come well packaged and quickly.

We replaced the cabinet pulls on a set of 1902 cabinets with these knob pulls and we love them. Definitely recommend. The only thought I have is that the finish isn't as rich as the hinges we bought, and although the knob is beautiful and we are happy with it, it would be utterly perfect if the brass was as rich as the hinges, but again, we are happy with them.

I ordered these knobs in matte black (kitchen) and antique pewter (butler's pantry). The Antique pewter knobs were an inconsistent color. Some were richer and had a nice luster and some of the others simply looked like a cheaper version. We also got a few in a different style instead of all the same. Another issue with knobs of both finishes were that some of the knobs weren't properly drilled so that the screws wouldn't thread into them any farther than about 1/8"" - (I installed the knobs and pulls myself - when I ran into this issue I assumed that I wasn't strong enough, but I had my husband and two handymen try and nobody could get them to budge.) Customer service did have replacements sent out quickly and those knobs were installed without further issue. Though a few of the antique pewter knob replacements had the same color quality/looked like a different knob shape. I didn't want to keep sending them back - so I used them on some lower, less noticeable cabinets. Overall everything looks good.

Really added class to the oak cabinets my husband built.
