This exquisite door set is offered with 6 popular finishes and your choice of backsets with a heavy duty mortise lock! Made of forged solid brass this sturdy entryset will last for years to come.
Door set dimensions: Backplates measure 12 3/16" H x 3" W. Elan levers measure 4 3/4" in length.
Mortise lock dimensions: Backset: 2 1/2" or 2 3/4". Lock case: 5 1/2" H x 3 1/4" W x 3/4" thick. Lock face plate: 8" H x 1 1/4" W. Strike plate: 4 7/8" H x 1 1/4" W. The lock includes a 1 3/8" cylinder and 2 standard keys. Mortise lock box: ANSI F20 function with stop/release buttons.
This set is designed to fit standard exterior doors of 1 3/4" thickness that open inward. For reverse handed doors that open out, thicker doors, dummy sets, double cylinder option, or F13 function without stop/release buttons, please call for assistance.
This lock has egress and can cause lock outs if the stop button is not disengaged when exiting the door.
