Narrow Vertical Cabinet Lock With Antique Bronze Finish

Won't open after closing. I have to dismantle it to see what is the problem. I found out that the spring was placed upside down. I think, you have to check if it's working properly before shipping. Good quality and nice finish.

We bought this cabinet and looks for a key that was missing for months. Then we stumbled on this one. We got it and not only that it worked for the cabinet we bought it it worked also for 3 other cabinets we had that were missing keys - so we bought 4 more. Excellent price, beautiful reproduction rich color that matched perfectly the cabinet. All in we were about $6 and VERY VERY VERY happy

A dear friend gave me a 100 year old beautiful Hutch that had skeleton key locks on it. It has been sitting out on the front porch for quite some time I'm almost a year. So I did some restoration work and brought it back to its previous Glory and went looking for a new lock and key. I ordered a couple from other places but they did not work for this particular unit so I ran across this website and from the measurements I thought it would work so I place my order. It arrived very quickly in great shape a nice quality product it's just that this was a one-piece unit and my door had two pieces and I didn't clarify that from the pictures before I bought it. In order for this to work I would have to Chisel on the doors and I don't want to do that so I'll keep them for a project that I have in mind for later on. I am quite happy with the purchase I'm just sad that it didn't work in my case this time.

Good fit on a narrow cabinet door. A bit stiff in operation, but that should loosen up in time and use.
