Description

This heavy-duty casement adjuster is constructed from solid, cast iron. The handle is approximately 3/16" thick - well suited to large or heavy windows. It includes two sill mounted keepers and holes for five opening positions. Offered in durable matte black and lacquered antique iron finishes, it's a great choice for colonial, Tudor, Spanish or rustic country houses!

Overall length: 13". Handle: 11 7/8" L x 5/8" W. Mounting base: 2 1/4" x 11/16". Keeper bases: 1 7/8" x 11/16".

Beautiful & functional addition to my greenhouse windows

Solid, study, and rustic looking

Couldn't find this item in the mainstream DIY stores, and bought this online. Super happy about it, it reminds me of sleeping over at my grand parents place as a kid, staying at the attic with one window having the same (read very similar) window stay.

Staying Power!

Used the latch and window stay on the girls playhouse pane windows. Very nice pieces for the price. Installation for me was no problem.

These were great and look great… Be sure to look up a YouTube or two for installation as this is a bit unusual as to how it functions and installs and has several options for operation style.
