Lion & Wreath Gas Light Shade With 4" Fitter

I needed to replace one of two lamp shades. I was worried the replacement would not work since it wasn't identical. However, it turned out to compliment the original one very well.

I bought these for a restored Eastlake chandelier. Finding 8 matching period shades was impossible. These were OK, especially for the price. The etching design is very blurry and smeared, not crisp like the originals. That was a disappointment.

My husband accidentally hit our antique gas chandelier with a large area rug we were putting down...huge CRASH, shattered glass and tears later, I was panicking about replacing the antique blown-glass shades...after a bit of internet searching I chose this business for the good prices and selection. I LOVE these shades...they are classical, kind of like world-traveler looking and look WAY better than I thought. I could not afford the exact replacements of what was broken, but I actually like the more simple style of these better and am just now ordering 2 more for the entryway chandelier...:)
