Eastlake Star Pattern Ring Pull
Comments:
I wanted a ring pull to fit a traditional cherry cabinet. The old pulls were heavy, cheap, and one was missing. The Eastlake design is too early for the cabinet style, but it looks good on it. The Eastlake ring pull is of nice size, design and patina. I was disappointed that the design was not fully, clearly, and evenly stamped. The back edges were sharp, rough and needed to be sanded so as not to scratch the wood. The pull is spring loaded, so it bent when attaching it. I was able to straighten it, but the nut on the screw is round. not hexagonal, so it won't tighted. The ring pull slips to one side or the other when pulled and looks uneven. The spring in the pull also pushes the ring from side to side and makes the pull uneven. It looks nice when straight, but, all-in-all, I would look for a different ring pull in the future.
Grab the brass ring!

These ""antique looking"" reproduction drawer-ring-pulls are really sharp! They are the EXACT designer touch that was needed after completing a furnature re-furbishing project. The dresser looks great because the hardware highlights the ""antique look"" of the piece.
Nice detail but a bit small

I bought this for a custom built sea type chest. I measured carefully and it does fit as I expected. Although I would have preferred a beefier weight to it.
Not as good as you think

Used as cabinet door pull and not happy at all.

Wanted a quality pull for a desk that came with cheap, cheap looking pulls. These fit the bill, aged patina, quality brass pulls with the perfect look for the piece.
