Brass Cupboard Slide Latch

This decorative reproduction side latch is an elegant addition to both antique and new cupboard doors. Cast in solid brass, it's left unlacquered, allowing for graceful aging over time, just like the antique originals. Comes complete with set of finished, single-slot screws.

Dimensions. Latch: 1 1/4" H x 1 3/4" W. Catch: 1 1/4" H x 1" W.

These latches are spring loaded, so when you pull back the knob, the latch tongue is retracted allowing the door to be opened. When the knob is released it springs back to latch.
