Traditional Cabinet Elbow Catch in Polished Nickel

I recently bought a salvage built-in china cabinet for my dinning room. I need this to replace a broken one on the cabinet. Price was right and it was delivered before estimated date.

Used in restoring a Hoosier cabinet.

I don't have any real complaints about it, for under $2 it's good enough. It operates smoothly and isn't wobbly. It is smaller than I expected, which means the metal is also a little thinner than I expected. I wish there were a larger and heavier version with more finishes available. Something between this one and the solid brass ones available elsewhere.

This is a great catch to replace original catches. You just can't find these anywhere. Perfect for cabinet doors that fit flush with no where to fit modern day catches.

Surprised to find how well they compare to originals. Did not find these anywhere else.

I bought this catch to replace one on a 100yr old built in china cabinet that had the bottom catch missing. It's a simple piece of hardware but installing it just right so the catch actually catches and holds properly was not that easy. It took a couple attempts.
