Brass Towel Ring with Classic Rosette

I found the design clunky and the coating too shiny and lacking texture or depth. My husband said the set of towel rack, rings and top holder was difficult to install. Although the set was not cheap, it doesn't look expensive. I wanted solid brass for durability and a touch of elegance. What I got was ordinary and out of date.

I ordered the polished brass finish, expecting the rich coloring represented on the website. Instead, I received an item that is pale yellow. The accompanying photo was taken outside in natural light on a slightly cloudy day; the coloring of the photo has not been altered. This is the second product I ordered from ""EMTEK"" that was supposed to be a rich polished brass, but is instead a pale yellow that doesn't match any other brass fixtures in the bathroom. So I'm forced to do something I'm loathe to do and am returning the item.

The polished brass shade on the website is not the same shade of the item I received. The item is actually quite a pale color of brass, instead of the deep color on the website. This is the second item I bought from EMTEK that was a light brass color instead of the one represented on the website. Returning the item.
