A+ website for antique items
Comments:
I needed to replace the door pulls for my antique cabinet. When I was moving I mentioned this to my significant other. He said that he'd ""recently purchase from this company and loved the product."" He gave me the website. I found what was so close to what was on the shelf that if you did not know it was a replacement. You can not tell. It is larger than what I replaced and actually looks better. I am pleased with the product [...] Thank you.
perfect reproduction for the Eastlake sideboard
Comments:
I found the pulls to blend perfectly with the sideboard. A clear finish applied to the walnut wood would have brought out the color of the wood and I will be doing that shortly.
True craftsmanship

This is a beautifully crafted piece. I built a bathroom vanity from solid black walnut, and needed the perfect set of door pulls to compliment the antique design. The process of hand-antiquing the brass takes a few days after ordering, but it is well worth the time. I will definitely be buying here in the future.
unique walnut pull
Comments:
I found it easy to find these pulls on various websites but they all had a shiny brass finish. Most sites offered only an Ebony finish and those who had the walnut, only had them with a shiny brass finish. I needed walnut and they had to have an antiqued finish for my project. Therefore, you can imagine my delight when I finally found these on the House of Antique Hardware website. Overall, I am very pleased with the pulls. However, I do notice, with use, some of the antiquing comes off on your hands. I am hoping that it is because they are new and that will stop. I was also somewhat disappointed that the walnut part of the pulls are not sealed with anything. It is the raw wood so if you want to have a sealer or varnish on it, you have to take each one apart, sand it and varnish it or seal it and reassemble. Also note that some of the pulls are a lighter color because they are cut from the sap part of the tree. Because of that you may have to be sure that those with lighter wood are either put on with the light part in the back or on drawers that are less noticeable.

i made a console for my entry way. i built it in wenge and the legs are in walnut. it has 2 drawers and i thought that these pulls would be perfect because of the walnut. they were great, adding a hint of the old in an otherwise modern design and it fits really well in my craftman home.
Wonderful to find in antique by hand
Comments:
I was happy to find this in walnut, My project needed walnut pulls. These are usually reproduced using an ebony finish and easy to find if that is what you are looking for. I also found them in walnut on other sites but the finish was not antiqued and they are not as nice as the antiqued by hand finish in my opinion.
Wow Antique

A terrific company. Fine and unique items. This product finished out a four month project built in cherry that was taken from my land. It was milled by me and built for my parents. I would use no other company for such a project. Fantastic quality, great service and top draw items.
