Didn't want regular hinges and loved the look of these

these hinges look great and the price was excellent. I installed them on a medicine cabinet that I made from a plan in an old wood working book

Great look on cabinet

Because the screws on each side of the hinge line up it can't be opened a full 180 degrees; the raised screw heads match up and prevent a completely flat open. Countersunk screw holes would help but it would lose some of the colonial feel.

I received these hinges in a timely manner. They were easy to install and look great on my barn red cabinets. I feel they will last for many years and have received many compliments on them. I would purchase them again.

we needed to find H and HL hinges to match other reproductions we purchased 25 years ago..these matched but were a little loose/rickety, and with a flush mount cabinet was a challenge to hang evenly but using a professional you can make them work.

Great ""old"" design and not easily found. Well built.

I used a set of these hinges on the lid of a historical reproduction chest I was building. They were sturdy, gave the piece an excellent old-timey look, and most importantly, were reasonably priced! The chest sold at a charity auction for an excellent price!
