Broken screw and wrong sized Allen wrench
Comments:
Metal screw broke in plastic drywall anchor, was predrilled as required. Also wrong Allen wrench was packed with hardware. Originally thought both screws were stripped. Lucky I had my own back up screws, anchors and Allen wrench
