3" Contemporary Style Surface Bolt In Solid Brass

If you need a specialized finish color, then look no further than House of Antique Hardware. Most of what they sell is entirely unique, but this latch is pretty much the same as the solid brass ones at big box stores, except you can get them in specialty finishes, whereas normally all you find is polished brass and brushed nickel. Not a bad price for what it is.

These slide bolts used on my dining room windows continue the window locks throughout my older home. Excellend quality.

we had a carpenter install these because he was doing other major renovation for us, although we could have installed them ourselves. we could not find the color in any store; we wanted the burnished brass look to match the other hardware in the room and found these beautiful latches at Hs. of Ant. Hrdwr. Although they did not operate smoothly at first (and something actually broke as we forced it), we managed to fix it and it operates smoothly now.

This site has many beautiful bolt sets. I was looking for a simple and economical design to go along with the other hardware in the room. Ordered in black finish. Wasn't sure this was the right style choice for the house but it was definitely the right price. When it arrived, there was no question. I was pleasantly suprised at how much I liked this product in black. Very happy with this purchase!!!

The ""matching"" screws slipped through the strike plate holes. VERY frustrating. Needed to purchase screws to fit.
